TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Payments: I use paypal as my main form of transaction using the invoice system. All payments must be made up front in full unless stated otherwise. Prices and payments will be in USD.

Refunds: I will draw a sketch first prior to accepting the payment. If the image is to your liking and you've agreed to continue that is when I will require the payment before proceeding. Once the commission has entered the acceptance phase the commission is no longer refundable.
If something where to occur that would cause me to be physically or mentally unavailable I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

Time: Commissions can usually take up to 1-5 weeks. Sometimes longer sometimes less. It all depends on health, complexity, work, and family issues that may pop up. If a project needs to be Expedited and cannot wait for the normal duration there is an
Expedite fee of 25% increase of the base price on the commission order.-----
Commercial Rights: commissioned art pieces is for personal use only. You can not resell my art and/or use it for merch. You are however free to use them as your profile pictures, banners, stingers, ect but you must credit me.

Each commission comes fully shaded with single flat color background.Any added character in one image is 25% off the base price for the 2nd character.Adding background is +$50-$150 depending on complexity.Blink and Mouth movement for pngtubing $20 for Static $35 for Simple Animations [Only available for Head to Torso]If something isn't listed here or you have any questions feel free to DM me on twitter @StoocyStar

Prices for reference sheets will be varied depending on complexity and difficulty of the character that has been given for the commission and if I need to design the character myself.

Live2D Model [Art Only]

Price will be varied depending on the difficulty/complexity of the character given for the commission. Price shown on screen is the base price and may increase due to difficulty and complexity or whatever else you'll want to add. Each model will come with tears, blush, gloom, heart eyes, sparkle eyes, sweat drops, and angry vein by default.Half Body: $300+
Full Body: $500+Extra Outfits: $150-$200+
Extra Expressions: $30 Each
Add ons like hands, controllers, Pets/mascots : $50-100+
